These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of tickets and other products within the Integrated Public Passenger Transport system (IJPP).

The service is provided by the Association for Electronic and Computer Literacy (DERP) under an agreement with the Public Passenger Transport Management Company (DUJPP).

1. Tickets and the IJPP Card

Various personalized, non-personalized and subsidized IJPP tickets determined by DUJPP can be purchased online.

To purchase a subsidized or personalized ticket, the appropriate user entitlement or identity must be registered on the IJPP card. Non-personalized cards are transferable and are not linked to a specific user.

When ordering a new IJPP card online, a valid delivery address in Slovenia must be provided. The card is normally dispatched within three business days.

Tickets for pensioners and persons with disabilities are currently not available through the online store.

2. Prices

Ticket prices are determined by DUJPP. All prices are stated in euros, include VAT and represent the final price payable by the customer.

3. User Account

Registration requires basic user information, primarily the user's first name, last name and email address.

Online purchases can be made using a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using supported payment cards. Payments are processed through Stripe and may be additionally protected by 3D Secure authentication.

The payment card is charged after the purchase is confirmed. DERP does not store payment card details.

5. Purchasing and Activating a Ticket

Before completing a purchase, the user must confirm the order with an obligation to pay and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions and prices.

After a successful purchase, the user receives a confirmation and invoice by email.

A ticket purchased online is normally available on the IJPP card no earlier than 60 minutes after the purchase has been completed.

The purchased ticket is transferred to the card through a validator in a vehicle or other IJPP terminal infrastructure.

Municipal subsidies cannot be used for online purchases.

6. Cancelling an Order

An order can be cancelled without additional charges until the user confirms the payment.

Once a purchased product has been transferred to the IJPP card, it generally cannot be cancelled, transferred to another period or refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

7. Refunds

Refunds for subsidized tickets are handled in accordance with the applicable rules governing subsidized public transport.

For standard tickets, refunds may generally be requested:

  • for a single ticket, up to the day for which it was purchased,
  • for daily, three-day, weekly and monthly tickets before their validity begins or before they have been used,
  • for annual tickets, for unused months in accordance with the applicable rules and pricing.

Refund requests can be sent to brezavta@derp.si.

8. Complaints

If you experience any issues with a purchase or with activating an already paid ticket, please contact us at brezavta@derp.si.

When submitting a complaint, please include the relevant purchase information and the CUID number of your IJPP card and, where possible, attach the invoice.

9. Storage of Documents

Invoices and order information are stored electronically in accordance with legal requirements and the technical capabilities of the system. Users are advised to keep their own copy of the invoice or purchase confirmation.

10. Security and Privacy

Communication with the website is protected using HTTPS. Payment transactions are processed through authorized payment service providers.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

We will first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled by the competent court.

Consumers may also use available alternative dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable legislation.
