An IJPP card is an electronic card used with Slovenia's integrated public transport tickets. Supported tickets can be loaded onto it. When buying online, check whether your chosen ticket requires an IJPP card.
Do I always need a card?
No. At karte.brezavta.si you can also buy a single-journey barcode ticket without an IJPP card. For tickets loaded onto an IJPP card, you will need the card details requested during purchase. Check the ticket type before you start.
How can I get an IJPP card?
You can obtain a card at IJPP providers' sales points. Urbana, Marprom ter Sitium (Novo mesto) cards are also IJPP cards. Some providers also offer online card ordering. Check the issuing process and any costs with the provider you choose. If you are applying for a subsidised ticket, check the eligibility and card-issuing conditions first.
